INCOME POTENTIAL In 2005 the present owners were approached by a top UK letting agency with a request that their clients could rent the attractive gite on a 7 or 14 day basis, and also they were very keen indeed that the main manor house could be considered for let on an 8-10 person basis during the summer season, for a premium rental income (£2000+ pw.) The above arrangement was agreed with the present owners, and 2006/2007/2008 saw a steady flow of clients through the most attractive self catering gite. In late 2008 the owners were approached by a lovely English family asking if they could rent the gite for a full 12 months (Jan 1st - Dec 31st) and this was agreed ensuring a steady monthly income is enjoyed from this property. These long term clients will wish to extend into 2010, but are however fully aware that new owners may have alternative plans for the gite and in this case it will be vacant at an agreed date of entry. The main manor house has also enjoyed good bookings mid June-early September for the past three years and during that period the present owners make use of the very attractive garden flat, ensuring the privacy of their clients and yet being available if required. It has been confirmed with the agency that the present contract can be extended to new owners, who if they wish could greatly increase their income by extending the manor house availability. There is also a further gite available within the bakery house, situated near to the manor, but which at present is used as a show room to promote the successful Kilim rug sales business run by the owners.
